Which files can this decrypt?

Files made with our File Encryptor (AES-256-GCM). Other tools' formats differ and won't open here.

It says wrong passphrase - now what?

The passphrase must match exactly, including case and spaces. AES-GCM also detects corruption, so a damaged file fails the same way.
